Typically, this process lasts approximately 30 minutes. However, since our aim is to cater to your needs, if you wish to inquire further or delve into more detailed planning, we are more than happy to allocate additional time. We make a point of addressing any specific concerns or areas that demand extra attention. Rest assured, we always provide written confirmation of the agreed-upon tasks, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to anticipate.

During our initial visit to your residence, we will schedule an appointment for an introductory Deep Clean. This initial session resembles a thorough spring-cleaning, allowing us to address all the tasks that require extra attention for the first time. This approach not only streamlines subsequent regular cleaning visits but also leaves your home looking stunning after just one visit!

Our house teams operate during the weekdays, specifically from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 5:00 p.m. Although we do not provide cleaning services on weekends, evenings, or public holidays as part of our regular schedule, we might be able to accommodate such requests on an intermittent basis.

Our office teams are available during normal working hours as well as early morning, evening, and Saturdays.

Our carefully selected, vetted, and rigorously trained staff usually work in three person teams. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We love pets. It would be ideal if you would introduce the team to your pet(s) during the first visit. You could also show the team where the treats are so when we return, we can offer them a treat before starting the clean.

When you are not at home, if you wish us to de-activate and re-active an alarm system, please give us the code and any instructions during our consultation. We are more than happy to do this.

This is because when cleaners are paid by the hour, you may end up paying for a subpar performance or unfinished tasks. Instead, we assign our teams of two or three individuals to the job, ensuring that all your requirements are met to a consistently high standard. With this approach, you can always expect the same level of service from us on every cleaning session – nothing more, nothing less!

Cancellation & Holiday Postponements

We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us well in advance. If we are unable to access your home or office, or if we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, we may be required to charge the full price. For cancellations made between 24- and 48-hours’ notice, we may charge up to half of the fee. This is because it becomes difficult for us to reassign the team on such short notice.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us well in advance, allowing us a minimum of one week’s notice. This will give us sufficient time to make any necessary changes. However, please be aware that a notice period of at least 48 hours is required to avoid any potential charges, which may be partial or in full. In the event of a public holiday, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative options.
